HR Administrator
Location: Harlow
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time until March (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday (37 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Our client, a reputable school in Harlow, is seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join their team. If you are enthusiastic about supporting staff well-being and ensuring smooth absence management, this role is perfect for you!
1. Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks
2. Process and maintain accurate HR records
3. Assist with absence management and support staff well-being initiatives
4. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
5. Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures
6. Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects
7. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
9. Proficient in using HRIS and MS Office Suite
