The Company HAIG Legal Group is a large estate planning company, primarily based in Lincoln. Based at our Head Office on Doddington Road in Lincoln, we are looking for a HR Administrator to support the management team in delivering exceptional HR resources. Your Job The role is varied and includes, but is not limited to: Ensuring relevant Right to Work checks are conducted for all new employees. Preparing offer letters, Contracts of Employment and onboarding paperwork for new starters Scanning and filing of all employee paperwork, ensuring employee files are kept up to date. Organising time sensitive employee reviews. Supporting management with HR procedure. Adhering to all HR and Payroll policies. Ensuring you are up to date with any legislation updates. Dealing with ad hoc employee requests, HR queries, references and directing payroll queries to the right person or department. Full time Monday Friday 8.30-5pm, 37.5hr contact This role has genuine opportunities to progress into a senior role as the Group continues to grow. You will be accurate, thorough and have excellent PC skills. You will be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
