Overview:
We are working in partnership with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a prestigious hotel project in West London. The role focuses on internal works, M&E commissioning, and high-quality finishing, requiring a candidate with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in similar environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
2. Manage and coordinate internal fit-out - including drylining, joinery, flooring, and decoration.
3. Lead and monitor M&E commissioning processes, liaising with subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance and quality.
4. Drive the finishing phase to deliver a premium product aligned with client expectations.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
