Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and track employee development initiatives.

A successful Human Resources Administrator (MAT Cover) should have:
Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Human Resources department.
