We require a passionate and reliable Cook to cover maternity leave at our welcoming care home. If you have a flair for preparing nutritious, homely meals and enjoy working in a friendly environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve meals for residents, ensuring dietary requirements are met
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
* Work collaboratively with care staff to support residents’ wellbeing
* Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a cook, ideally in a care setting
* Food hygiene certificate (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
