Ron Brooks Limited, a fast-paced and rapidly growing automotive group proudly serving the East Midlands, is excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for Sales Executives to join our expanding team at our state-of-the-art Leicester site.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads and actively pursue sales opportunities across a variety of channels
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and returning customers
* Deliver engaging and professional product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
* Negotiate effectively to close deals while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction
* Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Provide end-to-end customer support to ensure a seamless buying experience
* Follow robust, proven sales processes that support success and compliance
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role (automotive industry experience is a plus)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn and improve
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
* Full, valid UK driving licence is essential

Working Pattern
