About the Role
We are looking for a Site Manager to join our IMRDS team in the East of England. You will play a vital role in delivering infrastructure projects across the Anglian Water region, working collaboratively with delivery teams to make a real difference to our communities and environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead site-based teams and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
* Ensure all work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget whilst maintaining the highest SHEQ standards.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations, including supervisors, delivery teams and subcontractors.
* Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and the local community.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of project delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Hold an SMSTS certificate and relevant management CSCS card.
* Have an NRSWA supervisor qualification and strong site management experience.
* Be a natural communicator who can inspire and support teams to achieve their best.
* Be passionate about health, safety and environmental standards.
* Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building trusted relationships.
