I am seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for helping clients to buy and sell properties, providing expert advice and delivering outstanding service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
* List and market properties across various platforms
* Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective buyers
* Negotiate offers and close sales
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Keep up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and local property values
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proven experience in property sales or lettings (preferred but not essential)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Knowledge of local property market is a plus
* IT literate with experience using CRM systems
