We’re working in partnership with a well-established and growing provider of high-quality industrial and commercial products, based in DE7. As the company expands, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and results-oriented Sales Person to join their team and make a real impact. If you love sales, enjoy building strong customer relationships, and are excited by the idea of growing a customer base from the ground up — this could be the perfect next step for you! About the Role: You'll be based at the Ilkeston office but will take ownership of sales across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Leicestershire. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be selling from both our online catalogue and an upcoming industrial/commercial product range. What You’ll Be Doing: * Proactively generating leads and cold calling potential clients * Promoting a wide range of products to industrial and commercial customers * Building lasting relationships that turn into repeat business * Meeting and exceeding sales targets (with commission incentives!) * Attending training sessions to stay sharp on product knowledge What We’re Looking For: * Proven background in sales — ideally in an industrial/commercial setting (eg., sale of industrial products, eg., tooling, industrial products, etc. * Experienced with cold calling and prospecting * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) * Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain and building on relationships * A go-getter attitude — self-motivated, goal-focused, and resilient * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team What’s in It for You? * Full training on our product range and sales process * Bonus scheme — earn more based on your performance * Flexible 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday) * Potential first-year earnings up to £33,000 (Including achievable bonuses) * 6-month performance review, with the possibility of a company car or car allowance * Company pension * Free on-site parking If you are looking to forge a career within sales, and have a proven track record of success, we urge to apply.
