This is the next phase of works on an exclusive, live hotel site where discretion, precision, and premium quality are paramount. Key Responsibilities ·Lead and oversee the fit-out of 24 rooms within a fully operational, occupied hotel environment. ·Act as the primary point of contact for a highly demanding client, ensuring exceptional standards and professionalism at all times. ·Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and quality control to deliver to exacting specifications. ·Ensure all works are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and minimal disruption to hotel operations.
