We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive for a Dealership based near Brockenhurst.
Job Role –Car/Bike Sales Executive
Job Location – Brockenhurst- Hampshire
Salary: Basic £40,000 and uncapped commission- use of company vehicle
New Car or used Car and Bikes Sales Executive Role:
This is a role that covers both new and used motorcycles, and used cars, so ensuring the maximum profitability is achieved
whilst maintaining high standards and delivery outstanding customer service is a must and continues to make us lead in the automotive industry.
Your day-to-day role will include:
– Guiding the customer through the sales process, from start to finish.
– Maintaining contact with customers and leads, even after the sale is complete.
– Managing appointments via telephone, email, website enquiries, social media enquiries, and walk-ins.
– Organising and assisting with test drives and rides.
– Working towards individual and branch sales targets.
– Upselling additional items such as warranties, gap insurance, paint protection etc.
– Ensuring all admin and paperwork is down correctly for the Sales Admin team.
– Assisting with company events and promotions.
– Ensuring the upkeep of the showroom is met.
– Assisting with the listing of vehicles on Auto Trader and our company website.
The ideal candidate will:
– Have previous Car or Bike Sales experience within the Motor Trade.
– Have a full clean UK driving licence.
– Ideally have a Motorcycle licence or be interested in learning.
– Have excellent face to face and virtual customer service skills.
– Be individually motivated and motivated within a team.
– Be keen to train within company and brand requirements.
