Comfortable in sensitive, 1:1 conversations, ensuring legal compliance and fairness throughout.
Including designing objective selection criteria, leading legally compliant consultation meetings, and exploring alternatives to dismissal throughout the process.Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
A solid understanding of HR processes, employment law, and best practices.
Hands-on experience managing both collective and individual redundancy consultations.
Comfortable in sensitive, 1:1 conversations, ensuring legal compliance and fairness throughout.
Navigate ACAS-compliant redundancy processes, engaging stakeholders early and meaningfully.Job Offer
A part-time fixed-term contract (equivalent to £35,000 - £42,000 FTE per annum).
