Overview We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. Working alongside experienced recruiters, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support recruiters by managing job adverts and candidate applications. Source candidates proactively using job boards, LinkedIn, and CV databases. Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide feedback to recruiters/hiring managers. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process. Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines for key roles. Provide administrative support across the recruitment function. Accountabilities Timely and accurate candidate communication. Delivery of shortlists to recruiters and hiring managers. Accurate data entry and record-keeping within ATS. Positive representation of Medinet Group to candidates at all times. Essential: Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone. Driven, results-focused, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Eagerness to learn and develop a career in recruitment. Desirable: Experience in a customer-facing or sales environment. Exposure to recruitment, HR, or a target-driven role. Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, or recruitment software.
