Site Manager - Retail & Café Fit-Out Projects
£45,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance (depending on experience)
Location: Bristol (sites throughout UK)
Employment Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Lead all on-site activities for retail, café, and food‑led fit‑out projects.
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
* Enforce strict health & safety policies, including RAMS, inductions, and toolbox talks.
* Ensure installations meet brand guidelines, specifications, and programme requirements.
* Monitor progress, produce daily/weekly site reports, and maintain site documentation.
* Collaborate closely with project managers and client representatives.
* Ensure snag-free delivery and high‑standard handovers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience managing fit-out projects for cafés, coffee shops, or similar food‑retail environments.
* Strong understanding of fast‑track construction programmes and brand standards.
* Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
* SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level) and First Aid certification preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
* Willingness to travel to sites across the UK when required.
