A growing main dealership in Worthing is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to earn an OTE of £50,000+, enjoy a guaranteed first three months' commission, benefit from full training provided, and no Sundays worked!
Candidates from both motor and non-motor backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This role and rewards will be tailored to a trainee of experienced sales executive.
Responsibilities
* Selling new and used vehicles
* Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends
Qualifications
* Valid driving licence (maximum 6 points)
* Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Motivated and target-driven mindset
Salary and Benefits
* Basic Salary: £15,000 per annum
* On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000+ per year
* Guaranteed first 3 months' commission
* Annual Leave: 24 days + Bank Holidays
* Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00-17:30; Saturday: 8:00-17:00 (5-day week)
