CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance and HR Manager for a fantastic business based in Swansea. The role is office-based in Swansea with a salary of up to £42,000.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage daily financial operations and records.
2. Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).
3. Handle all Sage 50 functions (ledgers, reconciliation, A/P & A/R).
4. Create custom Sage reports and export data for Excel analysis.
5. Use Excel for data modelling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
6. Submit VAT returns.
7. Assist with Corporation Tax filings.
8. Manage online banking and BACS payments.
9. Perform general HR duties.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Hands-on finance experience in an SME environment.
2. Proficient in Sage 50 (or Sage 100 with ability to adapt).
3. Strong Excel skills.
4. HR experience.
