Hybrid Customer Sales Executive
As a Hybrid Customer Sales Executive, you will speak with customers who express interest in our products and services, guide them through options, and help them make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
* Meeting and speaking with customers regarding their home improvement requirements.
* Presenting and demonstrating our range of products, designs, and styles.
* Helping customers select the most suitable solutions for their needs.
* Explaining finance packages and payment options clearly and professionally.
* Preparing quotations and completing sales documentation.
* Processing customer payments and finalising orders.Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
* Building trust and long‑lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to build rapport and confidence with customers.
* Positive attitude and genuine desire to succeed.
* Previous sales experience beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
