About Us
We are a growing supplier and installer of premium aluminium and uPVC windows and doors, specialising in bi-fold and sliding door systems for both residential and commercial markets. With a reputation for quality, innovation, and expert support, we're expanding – and we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us grow to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role with no cap on earnings for the right person. We're seeking someone with industry experience or a strong background in technical sales – someone who thrives on creating opportunities, and is hungry to make an impact.
You'll be supported by an experienced technical and installation team, and you'll receive qualified leads via our website. But we're also looking for someone proactive – someone who can build new relationships, identify opportunities, and develop both residential and commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow up and convert inbound sales enquiries and leads
* Actively seek out and generate new business across residential and commercial sectors
* Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact to close
* Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and homeowners
* Conduct site visits and product consultations where required
* Liaise closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
What We're Looking For
* Experience in the aluminium windows and doors industry OR
* Sales experience in a technical or construction-related role
* Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
* Proven ability to generate and close new business
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* A clean driving licence and access to own transport is essential
