Sales Executive – Permanent Position
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm
We are looking for an ambitious, driven Sales Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced, open‑plan office environment and genuinely wants to build a long‑term career in sales. This role suits someone confident, proactive and motivated by performance, targets and progression opportunities. This position is based on the outskirts of Boston.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on sales position combining inbound enquiries with proactive outbound activity. You will be expected to make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day, generate new opportunities, follow up leads consistently and support the wider sales function.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling high volumes of inbound calls professionally
* Conducting proactive outbound calls, prospecting and cold calling
* Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
* Preparing and following up quotes and proposals
* Maintaining regular contact with prospects and existing clients
* Supporting the Business Development Manager with administration, CRM updates and lead management
* Attending trade shows, client meetings and occasional overnight stays when required
* Ensuring all CRM records are accurate and up to date

* Strong Microsoft 365 skills
