What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the full employee lifecycle (recruitment to exit)
* Managing HR admin, contracts, and employee documentation
* Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training
* Maintaining HR systems and ensuring compliance
* Working closely with managers across a multi‑site, field‑based workforce
What we’re looking for
* HR or admin experience
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator who can build relationships
* Comfortable using HR systems and digital tools
* Bonus points for experience in construction, utilities, or field‑based environments
