An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Developer to lead and support integration efforts between SYSPRO ERP and other business systems. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys combining analytical thinking with hands-on development to drive business process automation and improvement. Purpose of the Role The ERP Integration Specialist will design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations between SYSPRO ERP and a range of internal and external systems. The position requires a deep understanding of data structures, business processes, and integration technologies, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain ERP integrations using SQL Server, T-SQL, XML, and third-party APIs. * Build and support Crystal Reports for business reporting and data extraction. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture and translate integration and reporting requirements. * Analyse existing data flows to identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation. * Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including mapping specifications, data dictionaries, and configuration notes. * Manage technical relationships with vendors and integration partners. * Provide technical expertise to support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new module deployments. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience * Proven experience working with ERP systems and its core modules. * Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and query optimisation. * Strong experience developing and maintaining Crystal Reports. * Working knowledge of XML and structured data integration. * Experience producing technical documentation, specifications, and data analysis. * Familiarity with ERP APIs and data exchange formats such as JSON and CSV. * Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. VBScript). * Understanding of data governance, system security, and error handling. * Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating third-party software deliveries.
