Pentland Ferries have a vacancy for a Cook on their passenger vessel, MV Alfred.
This is a permanent position based on an even time rota of three weeks on/off.

Applicants must hold a valid ENG1 Medical Certificate and be trained to STCW Basic standard in – Personal Survival Techniques, PSSR, Elementary First Aid, Fire Prevention and Firefighting, a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or higher and a Ships Cook CoC is also required.
It would be an advantage to hold the following certificates (but not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate)- Designated Security Duties Crowd Control and Crisis Management.
