We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for driving sales and building strong client relationships. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage prospects through cold calling, networking, and online platforms such as LinkedIn, to uncover their needs, and present tailored solutions. Pipeline Management: Nurture and stay on top of leads and opportunities using our CRM system. Lead Conversion: Convert potential leads into qualified meetings. Generate Quotations: Create and follow up on quotations, upselling when necessary to track and close sales. Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to assist in crafting and collateral strategies that drive results. Administration & Team Support: Assist with general department administrative tasks and provide support to the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Essential: A minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English. Experience in a sales role, making outbound business to business calls. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and team members alike. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. A self-starter with a natural ability to influence and persuade. Strong verbal and written communication for engaging with clients and presenting solutions. Confident in handling objections and closing deals. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Full driving license. Desirable: Knowledge and experience of CRM Platforms. Technical knowledge, especially useful in IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS sales roles. Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other digital platforms for prospecting.
