Hunter Adams is partnering with a leading food manufacturer, to find an experienced Interim HR Manager who can hit the ground running and lead the people agenda at their Aberdeen site.
Reporting directly to the site Manager, with a dotted line to the HR Director, this role is central to building a great place to work by driving culture, performance, and capability on-site.
As HR Manager you will be shaping and delivering a site-level HR strategy aligned with broader group objectives to drive business success and organisational alignment.
