By joining our team, you become part of a nationwide movement making a real difference for the future of our wild places.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><p>As one of our Membership Recruiters, you’ll represent your local Wildlife Trust at a variety of pre‑booked venues and events, inspiring people to support vital conservation work through monthly direct debit donations.</p><p>If you thrive on meeting diverse audiences, enjoy being out and about in lively locations, and want every working day to feel different — we’d love to meet you.</p><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Uncapped commission, with fantastic earning potential — our top performers regularly earn £40+ per hour</li><li>Average earnings around £17.00 p/hr (FTE £32,000)</li><li>£13.00 p/hr minimum safety‑net rate thereafter</li></ul><p>A permanent, part‑time contract designed to fit around your lifestyle.</p><p>You’ll work three days per week at venues and events arranged by our friendly in‑house Venue Coordination Team. Expect to work weekends and bank holidays, as these are the busiest times — ideal for meeting more people and maximising your earnings.</p><p>We provide full, paid training from day one.
