Overview
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our central Human Resources team, predominantly within the Health in Justice Department at Practice Plus Group. You will be part of a hybrid team, working from home and in our Theale office, with some occasional travel between Practice Plus Group services in England. Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. Start between 08:30 and 09:00 and finish between 17:00 and 17:30; shift patterns are flexible.
Responsibilities
* Provide general HR administrative support within a defined service line (predominantly Health in Justice) and to the wider Health Care division in accordance with business requirements.
* Maintain all records in the HR Information System for the entire employee life cycle—from start to departure and beyond.
* Handle new starter administration, including processing and notifying payroll of starters, leavers, and variations to payroll, in line with monthly deadlines; generate necessary associated correspondence (contract changes and variations).
* Contribute to process improvement, compliance updates and other project work as required.

* Be a motivated, enthusiastic team player with demonstrable administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of meeting challenging deadlines.
* Have relevant experience or an interest in HR; an excellent opportunity to start or develop a career in HR.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary of £29,909.50 per annum.
