A well-organized academy in Havering is seeking an experienced and meticulous HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support for staff recruitment and statutory compliance from January 2026.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within a school or public sector environment.
* Strong understanding of core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, compliance, DBS checks).
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and employment legislation.
