Job Summary
Kinetic Recruitment is working with a well‑established ventilation business to bring in a Trade Sales Executive for their Manchester team. This full‑time, permanent role focuses on trade sales, customer relationships, and supporting the smooth operation of the branch to ensure continued growth and excellent service delivery.
Salary: From £30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Responsibilities
* Managing and developing trade customer relationships to encourage repeat business and maximise sales opportunities.
* Supporting daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Working toward and supporting the achievement of sales targets and wider business objectives.
* Acting as a key point of contact for trade customers, providing excellent service and product support.
* Assisting in motivating and supporting branch staff where required to maintain high performance.
* Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
* Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and alignment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within the ventilation industry (essential).
* Strong background in trade sales, customer service, or branch‑based sales roles.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* A proactive, hands‑on approach to problem solving.
* Ability to work independently when required.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
