Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland across there two sites. As a HR Administrator you will be managing administrative processes and leading recruitment and onboarding activities for new starters across the sites.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for both Swindon sites (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication etc)
* Maintain accurate HR Records and ensure compliance across locations
* Respond to routine HR queries and assist with employee relations matters as needed
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvements impacting both sites
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience working in an administrative environment, preferably within a HR setting
* Strong in systems - Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Driving License and access to own vehicle
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
* Experience with supporting on site recruitment and onboarding would be advantageous
