As our Sales Executive you will be based at our Corwen or Deeside site.
Ifor Williams Trailers is Britain’s leading trailer manufacturer, operating at six advanced manufacturing sites across North Wales.
We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our dynamic and friendly Sales Team. We expect our employees to be committed, enthusiastic, and professional individuals that want to provide a high standard of service to all of our customers. You will be joining a team that supplies world class trailers and parts.
Duties include:
6. Customer engagement, maximising sales and growth.
7. Assessing the customer’s needs, providing sound sales advice and ensuring the customer is sold the most appropriate trailer.
8. Dealing with technical or sales enquiries via phone, email or face to face.
9. Providing professional quotes tailored to the individuals needs in a timely fashion.
10. Complete all aspects of the sale to include ordering trailers or parts, processing payments and arranging collection or delivery.
11. Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.
12. Attend local and national shows, dealing with customers from different industries.
13. Provide technical knowledge, deal with sales and any customer care requirements.
14. Maintain appropriate stock levels at the site, and be responsible for ensuring trailers/parts are accessible and presented professionally for customer (this may involve some manual handling).
15. Work one Saturday in three (8.00am – 12.00)
