Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager, located in Caernarfon working across North Wales. The Site Manager will be hands on and oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards. The Site Manager will also oversee work progress, resolve challenges, and communicate updates to the directors.
Qualifications
* Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Experience in construction site supervision and team leadership
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to deliver projects within deadlines and budget constraints
* Prior experience in a managerial role in the construction industry is highly desirable
