We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Human Resources and a genuine interest in their field. This exciting opportunity will be the chance for the right candidate to bolster their understanding of what it means to be a Human resources Officer, whilst working diligently to guarantee employee satisfaction. The HR Officer will be responsible for delivering a dedicated HR service to support the full employee life cycle.
What we need?
* Review team activities and ensure that deadlines and KPI's are to be met, adjusting where necessary to succeed
* Liaise with managers and team leaders in the proactive management of sickness absence
* Complete administrative tasks such as coordinating strategy meetings and reporting outcomes of cases while respecting the privacy of employees and demonstrating integrity
* Endeavouring to respond to queries in an appropriate and timely manner
* Assist in the implementation of management policy and provide reports on the outcome
* High attention to detail and diligent completion of assigned tasks
* 1 year of experience in Human Resources

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday in a full-time position of 37.5 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be fully committed to optimising employee satisfaction and working with managers to continually improve the environment at our company.
