We’re working with a highly successful principal contractor delivering a landmark fit out project in excess of £100m, forming part of a wider mixed-use development in Cardiff.
Due to the scale and complexity of the scheme, they are seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to take a key role in the on-site delivery team, reporting to the Project Manager / Senior Construction Manager.
Duties include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations for the fit out works
* Coordinating multiple specialist fit out subcontractors and suppliers
* Driving programme, quality, and health & safety performance on site
* Managing short-term programmes and lookaheads
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with design, specifications, and client expectations
* Overseeing snagging, quality control, and handover processes
* Maintaining accurate site records, RAMS, and reporting
* Supporting senior management with progress reporting and delivery strategy
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Fit Out Site Manager with a strong track record on large-scale commercial or mixed-use fit out projects, ideally valued £30m+ within overall schemes exceeding £100m. You will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing fast-paced, high-spec environments.
