Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager Location: Cardiff with travel across Wales Salary: £(phone number removed) benefits Contract: Permanent, Full time Welsh Gymnastics is seeking a passionate and experienced Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager to ensure the safety, welfare, and positive experiences of gymnasts across Wales. Reporting to the Executive Director of Safeguarding, you will manage safeguarding cases, provide expert guidance to clubs and leisure centres, deliver training, and drive best practice across the sport. This is a vital role where you will make a real difference to the lives of gymnasts, helping to create safe, supportive, and inclusive environments. What we’re looking for: * A background in social work, child protection, or safeguarding (degree/diploma or equivalent experience). * Proven experience in case management, investigations, and risk assessment. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * A commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing in sport. * Full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS check (required).
