Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse HR environment, supporting a range of initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The Role: The HR Officer will provide comprehensive support across HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits. You will also play a key role in HR systems management, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee onboarding and induction for new employees * Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies and best practice * Assist with first-stage employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment law * Coordinate training programmes and support learning and development initiatives * Support compensation and benefits administration, including renewals and pension governance * Prepare monthly HR dashboards, workforce planning reports and ad hoc analytics * Maintain accurate HR processes, procedures and ensure compliance with audits * Manage HR systems (HRIS), data accuracy, and monthly payroll checks * Collaborate with HR People Partners and Business Partners on key HR initiatives The Candidate: * Significant experience in HR or payroll-related functions * Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and employment law * Proficiency in HR software, HRIS, and analytics tools * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure * Confident in driving process improvements and supporting change initiatives This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation where your expertise in HR operations will make a real impact
