Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining profitability targets.
* Monitor stock availability and support effective inventory management.
* Analyse market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity to support commercial decision-making.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and product information.
* Contribute to business development initiatives and revenue growth objectives.
* Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and industry standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within meat trading, meat sales, or a related sector is essential.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse market conditions and identify opportunities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and sales.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom.
