Senior D365 Engineer - 12-Month Fixed Contract (Fully Remote, UK)

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior D365 Engineer to join our team on a 12-month fixed contract. In this role, you will define and execute the technical strategy for your product team, ensuring high-quality development and alignment with business needs. You’ll work closely with CIO teams and other stakeholders to guide development processes, prioritize tasks, and maintain best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop complex custom solutions in Dynamics 365.
* Lead development for multiple user stories and mentor junior engineers.
* Maintain code standards, ensure thorough documentation, and review the quality of configurations and customizations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and project delivery.
About You
We are seeking an experienced D365 Engineer with:
* Microsoft Certifications (PL600, PL900, MB230).
* Proven experience architecting and implementing multi-solution D365 projects.
* Strong skills in C#, D365 plugins, custom actions, and workflow development.
* Experience with D365 Customer Service configuration, Power Automate Flows, Azure integrations, and Model-Driven & Canvas Apps.
* Comfortable in a pro-code environment while leveraging low-code solutions for rapid delivery.
* Ideal for someone with a .NET software engineering background who has evolved into a full-stack software engineer.
