Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and capable HR adminstrator to support on the administrative aspects of HR and Learning and Development. This role is for 6 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Being the first point of contact for all HR queries and escalating issues when required
2. Maintain the HR inbox and respond to emails in a timely matter
3. Providing support in HR meetings when requested
4. Initiate and manage the administrative set-up for new employees, in terms of contract, induction process, ensuring they have the correct right to work documents.
5. Processing of starter and leaver forms, supporting the HR Officers.
6. Managing staff records in terms of sick pay entitlements, absence records i.e. Holidays and sicknesses for all employees
7. Provide administrative support to the Head of HR and HR Officers in all HR activities as required
8. Provide basic advice and resolution against HR policy and procedure; escalating to the HR Officer/Head of HR where
9. Undertake filing, scanning, printing and photocopying as
10. To develop and maintain all HR information systems
