Managing the Clicklink customer services team, the role will be responsible for managing the business' day to day interactions with clients and managing the perception of our service. The role will involve managing several operational stakeholders to ensure prompt & accurate communication of updates are available. This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll be predominately Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. However, occasionally we may need some flexibility… this is Logistics after all. The business views the relationship with the customers as a key part of our service, with key emphasis on the relevant logistics manager/ director relationships Monitoring and managing the quality of the team's communication to customers, stores and within the operation is another key aspect of the business service and this role will lead the development of this. We aim to be an industry leader; therefore, we are always looking to improve and require an individual with a lot of initiative to lead this You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small customer service team, consisting of 4 colleagues and a data analyst.
