The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join the Fleet Specialist Team for our client in Burnley. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships. You will manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing, and play a key role in driving revenue growth across multiple solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage decision-makers in target organisations.
* Drive sales through proactive outreach, virtual demos, and relationship building.
* Maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle.
* Promote the business brand and solutions, ensuring a competitive edge.
* Deliver proposals, manage pipeline updates, and report on performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and continuous improvement.
* Consistently exceed KPIs and contribute to overall business growth.
You will need:
* Proven telesales experience and a track record of hitting targets.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
