Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for gym members.
2. Engage professionally and enthusiastically with members to support their fitness needs.
3. Conduct gym inductions when needed
4. Perform daily gym floor tasks, including equipment checks, cleaning, and basic admin.
5. Complete essential health and safety tasks.
6. Lead gym floor and group exercise classes as required.
Qualifications Required:
7. Level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer Certification
8. First Aid at Work Certification
