Job Title: PPC and Paid Social Media Marketing Executive


Location: City of London


Hybrid: 4 days in, 1 day from home


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time


Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

About Our Client:

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and execute B2B PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn to support sales and lead generation.
2. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI, improve conversion rates, and reduce CPC.
3. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
4. Write and test engaging ad copy to increase click-through and conversion rates.
5. Ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging align with regional content and campaign strategies.
6. Implement and manage conversion tracking with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
7. Use attribution models and performance metrics to measure and optimise campaign effectiveness.
8. Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
9. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in allocating budgets effectively for cost-efficiency and profitability.
10. Develop and execute HubSpot campaigns to enhance lead nurturing and tracking.
11. Create and optimise automated workflows, including email sequences and lead scoring.
12. Implement HubSpot integrations to improve targeting and customer journey tracking.
13. Utilise HubSpot automation tools to streamline campaign management and engagement.
14. Send HubSpot campaign emails to drive engagement and generate marketing-qualified leads.
15. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with wider marketing and business objectives.
16. Provide regular campaign reports and insights to the Director of Marketing.

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social channels.
* Strong expertise in Search and Shopping campaigns.
* Experience managing B2B PPC campaigns.
* Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and PPC reporting tools.
* Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance optimisation.
* Experience with HubSpot campaigns, lead conversion tracking, and automation.
* Ability to craft compelling ad copy and landing pages.
* Data-driven approach to campaign strategy.
* Strategic planning and execution skills.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns effectively.
