Role: HR Manager Location: Farnborough, Surrey
My client are a leading global aviation business who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their Farnborough office in a standalone position. You will be part of a wider HR team but day-to-day will act as an individual contributor to the Surrey site - a role you can really make your own. Support informed decision-making by offering clear, high-quality HR advice and coaching that aligns with business needs.
Maintain and update company policies to ensure they meet current legislation and internal standards, suggesting new policies or improvements where needed.
Assist managers throughout all stages of the performance review process.
Provide expert support on employee relations matters, ensuring each case is managed properly and in line with best practice.
Advise on and oversee UK immigration processes to ensure full compliance.
Work closely with the Finance team on payroll and employee benefits administration.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and selection activities.
Support and help deliver change management initiatives when required.
Contribute actively to the wider Group HR team, helping shape HR strategy and plans in areas such as performance management, reward, recognition, and learning and development.
Lead and deliver HR-related projects as needed.
Oversee the day-to-day office management of the Farnborough site.
This role requires someone in the office 3-4 days a week. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves working in a standalone capacity and making something their own.
