Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience working as a Senior Developer within the public sector.
2. Active Security Clearance (SC)
3. Advanced proficiency in Java technologies (SE 8, EE 5/6/11, EJB, JSP)
4. Proven experience supporting and modernising legacy applications
5. Demonstrated ability to refactorplex codebases and develop robust automated tests
6. Strong background integrating solutions with auditing and protective monitoring services
7. Hands‑on experience with Oracle WebLogic 11gR1, PL/SQL, and Oracle BI
8. Proficiency in building and supporting Java applications using ODBC/JDBC with stored procedures
9. Practical experience developing and supporting Elasticsearch solutions
Nice to have:
10. Familiarity with IBM Initiate Master Data Management
11. Experience working with Nginx
12. Exposure to ETL tools or processes
