📍 Location: North Thoresby (Lincolnshire) – Site-based role with Head office meetings

About the role
As Site Manager you will take full responsibility for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of construction projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget while maintaining an exemplary health & safety record.
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry (ideally groundworks, civils or general building)
* Strong knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation and CDM 2015
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
* Full UK driving licence
