The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking to recruit an Outbound Sales Executive to join their already thriving sales team. Being responsible for making outbound calls to our customers, following up warm leads, booking appointments with the sales team and ensuring fantastic customer service when meeting your customers in the dealership.
The successful candidate will join the sales team, completing all Hyundai manufacturer training, giving you the elevated tools to build strong customer relationships and drive leads over the phone. Whether you come from a background in telesales or a face-to-face customer service role, joining the Hyundai sales team will allow you to utilise and grow those skills.
What we are looking for in an Outbound Sales Executive:
* Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person.
* Previous experience in a telephone sales role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to manage a high volume workload and remain organised.
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
* Drive for career development and growth.
* Full UK driving license.
