Ensure that all structural and civil works on large, complex construction projects are executed in strict accordance with contract scope, specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Provide expert support to project delivery teams in the creation and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality control checklists, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
