Start date: ASAP Rate of pay: £13.75PH Duration: 4/10/2026 Hours of work: 37 FULL TIME OFFICE BASED MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT EXCEL Key Responsibilities: Reporting to CFO EOI Accounts Manager, the main duties and responsibilities include: Importing bank statement information Matching paperwork to bank entries to ensure receipts are posted promptly to the CFO system Processing paperwork for individuals claiming their funds Liaising with CFO staff, court office staff, and clients to ensure good service to stakeholders Ensuring continuous focus on customer service improvement Liaising with colleagues in other teams within the CFO and relevant court offices to assist with the effective processing of business Related filing and post duties Essential Criteria applicants must have: 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required) 12 months admin experience Due to the reconciliation of accounts that is involved in the role, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential Excellent IT skills Excellent communication skills.
