As a Senior Quality Manager, you won't just oversee quality assurance processes; you'll be at the forefront of fostering a culture of excellence within our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality assurance and control procedures.
* Leading and mentoring the quality team to ensure they are trained and empowered to uphold our quality standards.
* Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Engaging with suppliers and customers to drive quality improvements and foster strong partnerships.
* Analysing quality data and presenting insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
* Championing a quality-first mindset across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Senior Quality Manager within the food industry, ideally in a production environment.
* Strong understanding of quality management systems, food safety regulations, and BRC standards.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions.
* Hands-on experience with quality audits and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
