Quality Manager Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE) Shift: Day shifts (Monday-Friday) We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established capital equipment manufacturing business seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve their Quality function. This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence across operations, projects, and global compliance. The Role As Quality Manager, you will take full ownership of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards while driving continuous improvement across the business. You will act as a key interface between departments, customers, and auditors, providing both technical leadership and commercial judgement. Key responsibilities include: Identifying relevant international quality standards and ensuring full implementation across the business Managing projects to change, optimise, and improve quality processes and procedures Acting as lead Quality Auditor, working cross-functionally to deliver practical, value-adding recommendations Ensuring all business-critical, legal, and required processes are fully documented and adhered to Supporting and achieving successful internal and external audit outcomes globally Staying up to date with Quality legislation and regulatory requirements Leading and developing the Quality improvement and corrective action team Maintaining and monitoring a robust and effective Quality Management System (QMS) Providing oversight of product support, including customer escalations and zero-value order decisions Making informed commercial decisions on escalations and recommending appropriate resolutions About You You will be an experienced Quality professional from a manufacturing environment, confident operating at a strategic and operational level.
